These terms explain how you may use upperack.ca and what applies when you place an order with us.

Using our site

By using upperack.ca, sending us an order request, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please use the site lawfully and do not try to damage, disrupt, or gain access to parts of the site that are not meant for you.

Upperack is the operating name of 102147155 Saskatchewan Ltd.

We provide custom apparel and related decoration services for workplaces, teams, organizations, brands, events, and other customers.

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless we say otherwise.
Taxes are added where required.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says something different.
Your order is confirmed when we send you written confirmation.
Prices can change for new orders.
We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, an item is unavailable, or we cannot complete the order.

If you send us a logo, photo, design, or other file, you must have the right to use it.

You give Upperack permission to use and adjust those files only as needed to prepare and complete your order.

You are responsible for any rights connected to the files you send us.

Payment terms are confirmed with each order.

Some custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before production starts.

Payments may be processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

We currently offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders within Canada.

Production and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays can happen and may be outside our control.

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct.

Custom and personalized items are made for you, so they cannot normally be returned because of fit, preference, or a change of mind.

If there is a production problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We may ask for photos so we can review the issue.

If we confirm a production defect, we may repair, replace, or credit the affected item as appropriate.

This does not take away any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

The text, photos, design, brand marks, and other content on upperack.ca belong to Upperack or the people who have licensed them to us.

Please do not copy, publish, change, or distribute our content without permission.

Your own logo or design remains yours.

We work to provide accurate information and reliable services, but we cannot promise that the website will always be available or free from errors.

Where the law allows, Upperack is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses connected to use of the website or an order.

For a claim connected to an order, our total responsibility will not be more than the amount paid for that order, unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Mandatory consumer protection laws in your province still apply where required.

If one part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

We may update these terms from time to time.

The version on this page is the version that applies when you use the site or place a new order.
