Details checked first
We review the design, colour, placement, garment, quantity and delivery requirements. Nothing enters production until the specifications and pricing have been approved in writing.
One production partner
Print, embroidery, specialty finishes, engraving and preparation are handled through one point of contact.
Reordering
The second order should be easier than the first.
For approved items, we retain the design version, garment style, colour, placement and production notes. When you are ready to reorder, reference the previous order number or organization name and confirm the required sizes and quantities.

Review the direction
We recommend the garment or item, finish, placement and production approach. Most pricing is returned within four business hours, with complete quotations provided within one business day once the required details are available.

Approve the details
Review the design, specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery information before the order moves into production.

Produce and check
We produce the order and inspect the finished pieces against the approved specifications before packaging and delivery. Completed orders can be shipped anywhere in Canada at no additional charge.
