General sizing across the garment brands we work with, and how to find the right fit.
How to find your size
Our sizing follows standard US and Canadian apparel sizing, with all measurements in inches. Because we work with a range of garment brands, exact sizing varies slightly from one to the next. The charts below give general ranges that cover most standard tees. For the most accurate fit, the simplest method is to measure a shirt you already own and like the fit of.
- Chest. Lay the shirt flat, buttoned or smoothed out, and measure straight across from underarm to underarm. Double that number for the full chest measurement.
- Length. Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
Compare those numbers to the ranges below, or measure your own chest at its fullest point and use the “to fit chest” column.
Adult unisex sizes
“To fit chest” is your body measurement. The garment measurements are the flat tee itself, which includes room to move.
| Size | To fit chest | Garment chest (flat) | Body length |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 32–34" | 17" | 27" |
| S | 34–37" | 18" | 28" |
| M | 38–41" | 20" | 29" |
| L | 42–45" | 22" | 30" |
| XL | 46–49" | 24" | 31" |
| 2XL | 50–53" | 26" | 32" |
| 3XL | 54–57" | 28" | 33" |
| 4XL | 58–61" | 30" | 34" |
| 5XL | 62–65" | 32" | 35" |
Women’s sizes
These are for ladies’ contoured styles, which are cut slimmer through the body and a little shorter than unisex tees. “To fit bust” is your body measurement.
| Size | To fit bust | Garment chest (flat) | Body length |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 31–33" | 16" | 24" |
| S | 33–35" | 17" | 25" |
| M | 36–38" | 18" | 26" |
| L | 39–41" | 19.5" | 26.5" |
| XL | 42–44" | 21" | 27" |
| 2XL | 45–47" | 22.5" | 27.5" |
| 3XL | 48–50" | 24" | 28" |
| 4XL | 51–53" | 25.5" | 28.5" |
| 5XL | 54–56" | 27" | 29" |
Prefer a relaxed look? Many people choose the adult unisex sizing above for a looser fit. If you are between the two, tell us how you like your tees to sit and we will recommend.
A note on fit
Garment brands cut differently. Standard unisex and workwear-style tees run true to the ranges above. Fashion or retail-fit blanks tend to run about one size smaller and slimmer through the body. If you are between sizes, or ordering a fitted style, we suggest sizing up.
We confirm before we cut. Once you choose a garment, we confirm its exact measurements with you before production, so no one is guessing. For group orders, we can produce a single sample or a size set so your team can try the real fit before you commit to the full run.
Youth and other styles
Youth and children’s sizing is available on most styles on request. Beyond tees, we also produce a range of other garments such as hoodies, crewnecks, polos, and caps, each with its own measurements. Tell us the style and who it is for, and we will send the relevant sizing.
Sizing a group
For teams and organizations, the easiest approach is to collect each person’s size using the ranges above, then send us the breakdown. Mixed sizes across one order are no problem and do not change your pricing. See Bulk & team orders for how group ordering works.
