Our commitment to an inclusive online experience, and how to reach us about any barrier you encounter.
Our commitment
102147155 Saskatchewan Ltd. operating as Upperack is committed to providing an accessible online experience for all users, including people with disabilities. We work to meet our obligations under the federal Accessible Canada Act and The Accessible Saskatchewan Act, and we follow widely accepted international guidelines for web accessibility.
Standards we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our site is designed with the following in mind:
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators
- Alternative text on images that convey meaning
- Semantic, structured HTML for screen readers
- Respect for browser-level reduced-motion preferences
- Resizable text without loss of content or function
- Plain-language writing wherever reasonably possible
Known limitations
We work continuously to improve accessibility, and some areas of our site may not yet meet our standards:
- Third-party embedded content (such as form builders or payment widgets) whose accessibility is partly outside our control
- Older content uploaded before our current standards were adopted
- Some non-decorative images may lack ideal alternative text; we are actively updating these
If you encounter a barrier we have not identified, we want to hear from you.

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test our work regularly, train our team on accessible practices, and update this statement as our site evolves and as new standards come into effect.
